Cancellations

Please allow 48 hours notice for all color services and 24 hours notice for all haircut services. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a 65% fee from the total service cost.

Adjustments

If for any reason you are unhappy with the outcome of your appointment, I offer adjustments for up to 10 days after your original service date. Please note, that I do not offer refunds on any service.

Late arrivals

I do my best to accommodate all of my clients, however, I may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled time. Please allow yourself adequate time to arrive safely and park.

Booking

A valid debit or credit card is required to secure your appointment when booking online. The card will not be charged unless you cancel within the 48 hour time frame or unless you “no show” to your appointment. Please note that you have full access to reschedule, cancel, and edit your appointments through Square.
